“ There was a line out the door when we arrived around 11ish on a Saturday but it moved quickly. Fast casual: order at the counter, grab a number, and take a seat. The crepes were thin, crispy, and hot off the crepe press! I got the Alaska Breakfast Crepe, which comes with reindeer sausage, mushrooms, onions, eggs, cheese, which was good, but what really blew my mind was the crab melt filled with real crab, cheese, and green onions. The blueberry cheesecake crepe was a nice way to end the meal. The cheese had a sweet and creamy texture. So good! Couldn't resist The Crepery Coffee - a nicely alcoholic coffee with grenadine/grand marnier, frangelico (hazelnut liqueur), coffee, and whipped cream. Way to start the day right! Definitely a must stop for brunch when in Fairbanks! ”

“ A gem! I had the crab melt crepe with real crab. Fantastic! Would love to work across their menu. Had the Carmel banana cheesecake crepe! Wow! Amazing... they've got it right. Was packed, but I didn't have to wait long for a table or the food. Very amazing! Don't be surprised if it's packed! ”

“ The crepes are delicious and crispy. They have several options for both savory snd sweet crepes. We went twice, we had the special with the fra diavolo sauce and salami, blueberry cheesecake, ham and cheese. The second time we had the Genovese Bavarian and Nutella banana crepes. Our fav from both days was the special (it was spicy but we love spicy!) and the blueberry cheesecake. The restaurant is very busy in the morning but the service is quick. So if you have a big group it might be tricky to get a table quickly. This little restaurant was right across from our hotel so that was very convenient as the parking can be very busy. Highly recommend if you are in the Fairbanks area! ”

“ I was waiting outside the shop at 8 and was the first to enter . Lovely ambience and crazy line to ppl waiting to get in . We ordered the bruschetta and the egg/ cheese crepes and they were very yummy and fresh . There were so many sweet crepes that I didn't get to try but would have been nice . ”

“ This place is very popular! There are two entrances. If you find yourself going up some small steps and seeing tables instead of a giant menu/line you're in the secondary entrance and see to walk through the restaurant to the other side. When we went the line was nearly out the door. The it went by quickly. At the time we just managed to snag a table. It's order at the counter, take a number, and seat yourself. We ordered the crème brûlée crepe and the smoked ham and Gouda crepe. The savory crepes are eaten like sandwiches and the sweet crepes are curled like a cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious and I see why it's such a hit with both locals and tourists alike! Service was also very friendly. Tables were turned over relatively quickly and they were quick to wipe time down for the next patron. The menu is pretty extensive. If you're not a fan of crepes they have stuffed avocados! They also serve alcohol and coffee. ”

“ I had the nutella banana crepe, standard and can't mess that up so it was good! My friends had the honey, brie and fig crepe and thought it was okay and not enough figs. The highlight was the Irish coffees for us, good amount of alcohol and tasty. Add whipped cream if you like it! ”

“ This is a lovely Crepery in downtown Fairbanks. It's usually quite busy. The crepes are beautifully crispy on the outside and still delicate on the inside! Lovely, casual French Bistro atmosphere. Not fancy, but comfortable and the crepes are really lovely and yummy. Staff are friendly, and the lively crowd adds to a feeling that you are somewhere good. ”

“ A bright, warm spot to enjoy crepes the size of Alaska. A thicker-than-traditional crepe that one eats as a sandwich is a hearty way to start the day. We both enjoyed the vegetable crepe and each folded crepe was filled with veggies. The white cheese did stretch with each bite, like pizza cheese. The mushrooms were deliciously sautéed, and the crepier added red pepper and avocado generously. The wait staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate, walking through the back to ensure my free-refill cup of coffee stayed filled to the brim! The meal is satisfying and filling, and we even have some left over for a midday snack. ”

“ Wow this was amazing! I wish we had more days to try more and to try dessert crepes! I had the crab melt crepe. I was pretty hesitant about it because I was having trouble deciding how well that would work on a crepe. I am so glad I took the risk because it was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and the prices were quite reasonable. They seem to always be pretty busy and do one heck of a business. Parking is street parking but wasn't too bad to find a spot once we figured out the maze of streets and parking lots. The place is relatively small but there seems to be a decent amount of turn over. We hovered for a spot while we waited for our order and several opened up while we were doing that. The staff was super quick about cleaning up tables to make sure that there were spaces for everyone that was ordering in. If I'm ever back in Fairbanks I will have to go back to try the dessert crepes!! ”

“ The wait at the front, cold and meh. Everything after...delightful. Here's the question I'm dying to ask: if they had one with ground beef, cheese, salsa, would it be a burrito? Because after a few days of pondering, I realized I really like this place because it reminded me of a burrito with different tasty things. Jiving music. Great beats and rhythm. Two crepes: The Bavarian - I fethe mustard washed out the Gouda. The bacon, egg, and cheese. A great twist on a classic breakfast fare. Excellent barista. A superb drink selection. Coffee, beer, lots of other other things. ”
